I should have known it was going to be one of those days when…
A flock of black birds visited my yard, woke up a sleeping MR, and made Little Rosy a bathroom stop,
I had to rescue MR from her kitchen after she got stuck in the sink. A MAJOR temper tantrum followed,
Mary Reese put Sadie’s favorite toy in the toilet and then proceeded to flush,
I caught MR dumping a brand new container of jewelry cleaner out on the bathroom floor and applying it to her face. No worries, I have spent the last hour or so baby proofing the house so that this will not happen again.
It’s days like today that I am reminded of what’s REALLY important. The fact that I have a healthy and happy family far outweighs the messes, temper tantrums, and challenges of everyday life. For these blessings, I am ever so grateful!
I cannot stop laughing at Sadie’s face! As I told your sister today this is just the beginning–just you wait!
Looks like the cousins are BOTH having those days. K School got to witness mine first hand. Lordy!
Sadie is hilarious, and that last pic of MR reminds me so much of LL.
i love this post carly!! we all have these days, totally! the picture of sadie is hilarious, she seriously looks pissed:0 haha! MR is adorable, even with jewelry cleaner all over the floor!
Lordy, lordy, lordy…
Want to join the circus??
Oh yes Carly–this is only the beginning. Thankfully we learned early on, like you, to babyproof every inch of our house…toilet seats always down so nothing gets flushed. I get really nervous when Addie says that one of her babies has to go potty…I’m on the lookout for an actual baby doll potty these days : )
MR is still a cutie pie though!
