Day #4 of hunger strike. No not me, MR. When I picked her up from the gym this morning, I realized why. Little Miss Mary Reese was having a ball, sitting in a high chair and enjoying a four course meal of graham crackers, puffs, bananas, and bread.
By the looks of it, she’s not at all concerned about bathing suit season. I don’t much blame her. I’ve always been one for sweets and would much rather pass up a jar of Vegetable Medley for a good ole Gerber puff.
Here are a few pictures from yesterday. Love Light (Hendley) stopped by for a quick cousin playdate. I swear they had more fun than it looks…
Hendley has her mother’s facial expressions, I swear. Those are the cutest pictures of both of the girls, but I can’t get over Hendley’s moody look. Where in the world do you find those cute outfits for MR?
I know Joy, I love Hendley’s expressions. She keeps me laughing! MR’s outfit is a Hendley hand-me-down.
Looking at Hendley and Mary Reese really is like looking at you and Julie, when Julie’s in a mood. You, you were always the pleasant one. (JK Julie…)
P.S. Try the pie recipe — You can use a rolled store bought pie crust, and regular old oatmeal, Then, instead of putting it in a pie pan, make it like a crostada and pull the sides up over the middle filling. If this doesn’t make sense, let me know, ok?
Those pictures made me laugh out loud. Seriously.
You have the been hitting the gym! I only went twice this week, good for you! The pictures are so cute, the facial expressions are priceless! Clare
